Apple Now Richer than the U.S. Government

The company's leading electronic and computer products from the United States, Apple Inc., Now has more money than the American government itself.  

The company made by Steve Jobs had had a lot of money to spend, while the administration of President Barack Obama is now dizzy with a lot of debt to be paid. 

According to BBC news station, Apple now has cash of U.S. $ 76.4 billion. Instead, according to the U.S. Treasury, Washington only had cash of U.S. $ 73.7 billion. 


The abundance of wealth, thanks to Apple's shares surge in sales results and, especially, sales of two products are sold well in recent years, the smart phone iPhone and iPad tablet computer. 


Based on the financial statements in the past three months that ended June 25, 2011, Apple's net income 125 percent higher than the same period last year, amounting to U.S. $ 7.31 billion. 


Among observers guessing what Apple will do with that much money. "Apple did not want to open the card," said Daniel Ashdown, observers from Juniper Research. 


Speculation is mounting that Apple is preparing to acquire a number of companies to expand their business or it could also strengthen the patent system technology. According to Ashdown, networking Barnes and Noble book store and page provider Netflix movie rumored to be targets for acquisition by Apple. 


The company could also funded firms are less likely to make their most advanced product support systems, such as voice identification system. Apple also recently teamed up with computer software giant, Microsoft Inc.., To buy a lot of patents from a Canadian technology company, Nortel. 


With an investment of U.S. $ 4.5 billion, the two giants that are now securing more than 6,000 patents.

President Barack Obama and Congress are apparently still negotiating a lot of effort to raise the maximum limit of government debt. If the government proposal was not met Congress until August 2, 2011, the U.S. could be at risk of default of debt and this lowers the U.S. image in the eyes of creditors. 


Government attempts to raise the debt limit, which now amounted to U.S. $ 14.3 trillion, in order to support the routine financing of state and government programs. According to statistics, the U.S. government budget deficit of about U.S. $ 200 million per month.
